Classroom Facilities
The spacious well-ventilated classrooms with natural light, provide a conducive environment for learning. Every classroom has audio-visual facilities including smart boards and projectors. Classrooms are equipped with ergonomically designed age-appropriate furniture.

Visual and Performing Arts
Children with a strong imagination and creativity are allowed to further develop their abilities. Teachers with unique creative acumen devote additional time to brush up these skills. Community helpers are occasionally called upon to lead classes to stimulate the students. Through stage performances, children are encouraged to express their creativity and abilities to develop self-confidence, cooperation, trust, social awareness, and aesthetic appreciation. By artistically expressing a message, theatre cultivates a child''s ability to connect with others and have an impact on their life.

Safety and Security
CCTV surveillance system, wide corridors and stairwells, fire prevention system, and deployment of security personnel are among the several safety and security measures taken by the school to ensure a safe campus environment. Transport facilities are also provided to the learners and for that, it is confirmed in advance that the bus drivers and helpers are well trained. At SGPS, periodic meetings are taken by the school administrator and Principal to discuss disciplinary procedures, safety practices, and associated issues with the transport staff.

Laboratories

Science Laboratory
The school has a spacious, well-equipped integrated Composite Science LaboratoryuptoClass X and Biology, Physics, and Chemistry labs for Class XI and XII. Models, Specimens, Displays, Learning Kits, Charts, Audio-Visual equipment, etc. help teachers demonstrate, validate and establish various phenomena, and facilitate children to verify theories and relate to fundamental principles and concepts.

Mathematics Laboratory
The Mathematics Laboratory has a variety of concept-specific learning kits, manipulatives, charts, games, puzzles, patterns, etc. to initiate children into logical thinking, reasoning, analyzing, and inferring; thus, building concepts from abstract to concrete. The use of these resources to teach mathematics helps children to relate patterns, discover properties, and internalize concepts.

Computer Laboratory
The school has Computer Laboratory with high-speed broadband connectivity and audio-visual facilities. All computers have the required configuration and software to support children''s learning and the effective delivery of the curriculum. The computer labs provide an individual workstation for every child.

Library
Well-resourced, aesthetically designed library is well lit and ventilated with colorful age-appropriate furniture that creates an inviting ambiance for the young readers. A dedicated story-telling corner in the library makes it a special place for the students. The library has a vast collection of books that includes fiction, non-fiction, biographies, encyclopedias, storybooks, picture books, dictionaries, and reference books on various subjects. The library has a large number of journals, periodicals, magazines, and newspapers, as well as digital resources. The library also holds special events from time to time, which include celebrating author of the month, literary week, library week, book fair, etc.

S G Public School took an initiative and formulated an old book bank. Through this initiative, we are taking care of underprivileged learners who can''t afford to buy books and it also adds to the account of sustainable practices which we not only preach but follow wholeheartedly.

Medical facilities
The School Medical Room is a well-equipped facility to provide first aid and attend to any medical emergency. The students facing any health issues are attended by a full-time medical attendant. The medical room has beds for unwell students.

Digital facilities
In an increasingly digital world, technology serves as an incredibly powerful tool to educate and shape young minds. Digital schooling serves to instruct students through multimedia (i.e., video, graphics, and audio) rather than using the traditional face-to-face modality. In our school, teachers are assisted by digital board content to clarify and emphasize the learning content more specifically. We just don’t follow the traditional teaching and learning tools but with digital facilities like E-library & Computer Lab, we facilitate them to acquire and aspire the knowledge from the worldwide knowledge branches.

Sports
The school has a playground which is used for Athletics, football, basketballand Yoga sessions. These facilities are used for providing coaching to students in various sports and games such as Athletics, football, basketball, Cricket, Volleyball, Handball, and Chess. Apart from organizing regular physical education classes, these facilities are used for providing specialized coaching to students in various sports and games.
